Cyrille Le Meaux, Sales Director of Muse, took part in the interview and told us about his job and his career.
Cyrille Le Meaux. After 10 years of experience in sales promotion issues, I joined the agency in 2014 as Development Manager. And this year, with the launch of our new brand, Muse, I was entrusted with the commercial management of the agency.
C.L.M. My main objective is to develop sales. I lead and manage all the agency’s commercial activity, also contributing to the development of our recommendations. As a man in the field, it is a profession that fascinates me.
C.L.M. Mainly meetings and exchanges. In an agency, we have the opportunity to work with several sectors of activity and to exchange with different professions. It is particularly enriching and formative.
C.L.M. As my young and dynamic agency (laughs). More seriously, I am rather generous, empathetic, curious, and recently I have learned to be organized and patient.
WHAT IS YOUR VISION OF THE MOTIVATION MARKET?
AND THE REWARD?
C.L.M. It is an ultra-competitive and constantly evolving market. To remain competitive, it is necessary to constantly innovate to revitalize animation programs and simplify their management. It is also necessary to be attentive to the beneficiaries, by offering them adapted and attractive reward offers.
C.L.M. We have a nice customer portfolio but mainly B2B and I would like us to open up more to B2B2C, especially in the contest games market.
C.L.M. I hesitate between sea and mountain, so I’ll say both! I would like to travel around the world with my family, discover new landscapes and cultures
