Creative, Data-tech, Project Manager, Chief Data Officer, Web Developer… as every month, we present you a talent of the agency. Meet this month with Aude Chevalier, Operational Marketing Manager, who talks to us about her job.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT KISS THE BRIDE?

As Operational Marketing Manager, my role is above all to manage our customers’ projects, ensuring reliability, listening and operational excellence. I also support and lead the team of project managers on a daily basis in their missions with our clients and their skills development.

WHAT MAKES KISS THE BRIDE A DIFFERENT AGENCY FOR YOU?

In my opinion, what makes the particularity and all the interest of the Kiss The Bride agency is the fact of combining (yes I am very corporate ?) data, creation and digital.

Our multi-expertise is really interesting for customers but even more so for us collaborators since we have the possibility to touch everything while participating in complete and complex projects. Thanks to the agency and its plurality of expertise, I have developed and enriched my skills. For me, this is one of the agency’s great strengths.

WHICH ENCOUNTER HAS BEEN THE MOST IMPORTANT IN YOUR JOURNEY? AND THE ONE THAT LASTED THE LONGEST?

Without a doubt, Jérôme Moiroux Director of Marketing Operations. I had a real professional crush during my job interview. Since then, he has supported me, pushed me to surpass myself and it is partly thanks to him that I have progressed from the position of Project Manager to that of Operational Marketing Manager. I hope to be able to grow professionally in his management.

YOUR ANECDOTE TO THE AGENCY?

It was my first week at the agency. My new colleagues offered me an after-work on Thursday evening in Old Lyon. I think it’s a great idea to integrate and decide to join them by bike since I live in the city centre.

Last minute change, my colleagues finally decide to meet at Gorge de Loup (41min further on ☹). Problem, I had already left to join them at the Vieux Lyon and because of my recent arrival, nobody had my phone number.

So they had to pull out the desktops to find my CV with my number on it. Despite their efforts, I finally couldn’t make it to my first after-work because it was too late!

A word of advice: if you are new and want to go out with your new colleagues, give them your number! ?

YOUR COMMITMENT OR YOUR PASSION?

I have two passions: trail and sewing!

The trail because I like to run a lot in the Monts en Ardèche (among others) to surpass myself while enjoying the large and beautiful spaces. My dream would be to start running in the mountains!

And sewing because I love the manual work, the concentration and the creative side that it requires
